Play worn in good condition - works well c.1939. Portage Road, Auckland. Ramsey's created a whole family of 'pull-a-long' wooden toys, the best known are surely Mary-Lou Doll and Buzzy- Bee, real icons of Kiwiana. About 1975 the mill caught fire and K.T.Lawson Ltd took over, and in 1977 H.E.Ramsey (1977) was formed.
